Provided ongoing communications support to help DaVita educate dialysis patients about end-stage kidney disease, the different types of dialysis available to them, and the importance of lifestyle changes to manage their kidney disease. Also developed internal communications to facilitate acceptance of the new computer system being implemented throughout the organization, and developed a number of training videos for DaVita Teammates.
Helped the marketing team improve the effectiveness of its communications with patients, for instance, increasing awareness of the need to change infusion sets regularly (“Use Right”). Also developed a how-to manual and contributed to a multi-channel patient education campaign to promote the use of CareLink Software, resulting in a 50% rate of adoption among insulin pump users.
Helped the nation’s leader in recreational vehicle sales prepare for a special pre-launch meeting to showcase the newly redesigned American Coach--first to dealers and later to customers. Strategically arranged the agenda, wrote full speeches for each member of the management team (20-25 minutes in length) and creative-directed the production of the accompanying PowerPoint slides. Sales of the new model exceeded expectations.
Developed this online training and resource center to help sales reps understand the financing options available for them to offer to their end customers as well as access all the documents and marketing materials they would need. The resource center was customized for each of the affiliates, requiring, in essence, thirteen different sites.
Carefully crafted this intricate palindrome video for the Yellow Pages Association (YPA), which tells one story when read forward and a completely different story when read backwards. The video was shown at a past YPA annual conference to illustrate to members that the Yellow Pages is not a dinosaur, and in fact is evolving to accommodate changes in media and technology.
Developed three emotionally-engaging video vignettes to showcase how PLC helps those unable to afford legal assistance. Worked closely with the videographers and editor to write, produce and direct the video. Also worked with the onsite AV team to ensure the success of the PLC gala, at which the video debuted. PLC raised a record-breaking amount of money that night.
